It is feeling like summer here in Aussie – going to be in the 30’s all weekend which is awesome.
I am not going to be out enjoying it, instead, I am going to dedicate the entire weekend to working on this blog.
I’ve been running the membership side for a little while now and it has been great!!! A lot more of you guys joined than I expected and it has allowed me to publish more movies and stories (both take time and server costs which is hard if the blog is just free). Since it wasn’t quite the same system as my site SwimmerBoyz.com, I didn’t quite have my head around laying it out properly.
I think I have a better handle on how it will work even better.
Right now the comments are hit and miss which sucks because there have been 8,420 comments on this blog since it started and I have read every single one of them and I’ve replied to most of them. Kip will be helping me beta test a bunch of it on different devices but pretty much it will just be me working for hours, and hours and hours – hahaha.
It worked for the SpeedoForum.org – which I spent nearly 4 days straight working on a month or so ago.
If you guys have any ideas or feedback I’d love to hear from you – if the comments don’t work here, I’d love an email DaveEvans@SwimmerBoyz.com.
Ow, and the reason I have been able to put this weekend aside is because a whole bunch of the crew here are heading to Tasmania for a wedding – I know the guy but since I didn’t grow up on the coast here I don’t know them that well so I didn’t get invited so I’m going to be a boring nerd and sit around working in my speedos all weekend – I’m actually looking forward to it.
Of course, I’d prefer to spend the weekend doing this……
Or doing this……
Or just hanging out with these guys……

Brenton is an old online mate of mine who started his blog Aussielicious.com.au around the same time I started AussieSpeedoGuy.com. We’ve worked on different things over the years and these days Kip even keeps his blog online. Unlike me and my passion for speedos, Brenton takes it a little bit further and loves being nude.
It is fun following his adventures on his blog and yesterday he posted the comments below regarding speedos and modesty.
Given how paranoid most guys are in gym locker rooms about anyone seeing their junk you’d be forgiven for thinking that they go to the beach in neck-to-knee swimwear from an era long gone. You’d be wrong. Apparently all it takes for guys to feel comfortable is a tiny little piece of fabric covering their genitals. Australian’s all around the country are fans of speedo style swimwear. Sure there are guys that wear boardshorts but, especially in Sydney all the guys that live in the gym and get changed under a towel are the same guys wearing the skimpiest, tightest swimwear around. More often than not that same swimwear is designed to emphasise the exact area that they never show.
All of the popular brands seem to have a “pouch” style of swimwear designed to highlight and thrust forward your junk. I get that it makes it appear a bit more impressive than it really may be but it’s not going to turn a 4 incher into a 12 incher is it? Speedo style swimwear and even boardshorts when they are wet really don’t leave a lot to the imagination so it’s amazing that it only takes that little piece of fabric to not only preserve our modesty, barely, but also to give us the confidence to walk down the beach feeling great.
Interesting thoughts, during my time in America I found that it was the opposite in the locker rooms at the pool, guys were happy to strut around butt naked but nobody else would wear a speedo. But in Aussie it is the opposite and I agree with Brenton’s sentiments.

Do you guys get Twitter?
I have a Twitter account (@AussieSpeedoGuy) and I have like 500 followers (compared to 5,000 daily visitors on this blog). I just don’t get Twitter though – the few people I did ‘follow’ they posted soooooo much dribble I couldn’t keep up with it. And the people I want to follow, their stuff doesn’t come up because they aren’t ‘tweeting’ every 5 minutes.
I’d love to hear what you guys think.
I have a personal Facebook account (my Grandma is my friend) and I check on it pretty much every day, but Facebook shuts everything down related to ‘Adult’.
Here is something I saw on Twitter today – you can tell this guy loves speedos and he looks fantastic in that little purple number.

Around the middle of the month Kip and I butted heads a little bit on the price of blog membership. Kip wanted it to be like $30 – I wanted to keep it as cheap as possible – like $5 (which is a little cheaper than possible – hehe).
We decided to make a bet on it as well – who ever looses has to snowboard down an entire snowboarding run in Breckenridge, on Australia Day 2017 (January 26th) wearing my pair of Australian Flag Turbo speedos – nothing else of course.
On the 15th, I thought I’d give Kip’s idea a trial… it didn’t work.
On top of Kip getting to show the world how much he loves Australia and speedos next January…. we are back to $5 blog membership – this still might change in the future but that is what it is now. Click here to join now.
The whole idea of a membership to this blog started when I first started fooling around with Alex. I wanted to share some more details but didn’t want those details to be 100% public. Membership allows me to post more personal details about my sexual life as well (including selfies) that I don’t really want just anyone to stumble across.
Having blog members also allows me to share some movies from my big site SwimmerBoyz.com. Because bandwidth costs money and there are over 5,000 daily readers of this blog, I can’t just make free and public a 55 minute speedo movie – if all 5,000 of you guys watched it, this blog would be shut down in a few hours.
Become a member also allows you to support this blog and allows me to spend more time on it.
If you are interested in becoming a blog member I would really appreciate it. It is only $5 and you can pay using PayPal which is pretty awesome.
I’d love it if a bunch of new members joined because it will help me rub it into Kip.

Today I was looking up some stats for an Aussie Adult Store which is interested in advertising on this blog. I wanted to know how many of my visitors were Australian and it turns out only 12% are Australian which was a little lower than I thought.
One thing I learnt is that during this current month, this blog has had visitors from 166 different countries.
The most common countries was the usual suspects, USA, Canada, UK but surprisingly, China was in the top 10.
It is great to see visitors from all sorts of places, 6 visitors from Saudi Arabia (don’t get caught guys), 22 visitors from Iraq, 10 visitors from Syria (stay safe guys), all the Pacific Islands were covered as well as South East Asia. I think it is awesome that there are visitors not only from all over the world but also from all different religious backgrounds (I can’t tell the religion of a visitor but you know what I mean) – 326 visitors from India (Hindu), 20 from Egypt (Sunni Muslim majority) and 11 from Iran (Shia Muslim majority) and 1 person from Nepal (Buddhist).
Kind of a boring blog post but I thought it was interesting.
